Dave and Deanne DeVries were led by God to plant 
Lake Hills Church in Castaic, California in 1990 and pastored there for 16 years before joining OC International's U.S. Team. Dave is passionate about disciplemaking and church planting. He is focused on equipping and empowering pastors and church planters to embrace missional practices, and partnering together with leaders to strategically multiply churches to reach our nation and the nations among us.
He completed his doct oral studies and graduated from Bakke Graduate University of Ministry in 2007. His doctoral dissertation was: Missional Transformation - Fueling Missionary Movements that Transform America.
Dave, Deanne and Maddie arrived in Seattle in August 2008. Doug attends The Juilliard School in New York City and is majoring in flute performance. Maddie is a senior in high school and studies ballet in the Professional Divis ion at the Pacific Northwest Ballet School.
