Training is necessary to empower leaders, pastors, and planters to engage in missional activity and to start new churches!
Launch Team Retreats
We have developed a weekend retreat experience for the church planter and his entire launch team. Training takes place in the community where the church is starting, not somewhere across the country. The entire team is trained in its “embryo state,” not just the planting couple. The two-day training event is only one critical piece in the puzzle.

Church Planter Bootcamps
In October 1992, the Missionary Church Western District sponsored the first Church Planter Bootcamp in Estes Park, Colorado. Since that time, the Church Multiplication Training Center has trained planters and planting teams for over 5,000 projects representing over 100 denominations. Bootcamps are offered across the country for 2 ½ days.
